I have sent you a statement on the problem, and evidently you can’t understand the English language very well so maybe I will explain it in easy terms so you can get an understanding.

I purchase a computer from Allied Semiconductor in Richardson Texas.

The machine was delivered a week late, it was BROKE!! IT WAS BROKE, IT WAS BROKE they couldn’t fix it during a 3 (three week period) so I took it back. I TOOK IT BACK; I DON’T HAVE IT THEY DO.

I purchased another computer from a different company to fill the order.

Allied Semiconductor has the machine and all the parts I DON’T HAVE ANY OF IT.

If you give them the money, they will have the computer, and the money.

IF THAT HAPPENS YOU ARE AS BIG OF A THIEF AS THEY ARE!

Visa did give them the money back… so the company does have the computer and the money.

IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE USING A CHECK CARD, THE SELLER HAS ALL THE RIGHTS, AND YOU CAN’T EVEN CANCEL THE PAYMENT (LIKE YOU COULD WITH A CHECK), AND YOU HAVE NO VOICE OR RECOURSE.

THE CHECK CARD DOESN’T HAVE THE SAME PROTECTION YOU WOUOLD HAVE WHEN USING A CREDIT CARD!

NEVER PAY FOR A LARGE ITEM WITH A DEBIT CARD! EVEN THOUGH THE COMPUTER WAS BAD AND WE RETURNED IT THE COMPANY WONT RETURN OUR MONEY AND NEITHER WILL VISA!
